Arranging a repeat prescription couldn’t be easier; we offer a range of methods to suit patients different circumstances.

In Person: Drop your completed prescription in the prescription box provided on our  reception desk.

By Post: Post your prescription to us, remember to include a stamped address envelope if you wish to have it posted back to you.

Pharmacy : Arrange with a local pharmacy to request and collect your prescription, remember to write the name of your pharmacy on the prescription request.

Unfortunately the practice does not handle requests for repeat prescriptions over the telephone unless the request is made by a housebound patient or a patient who is on the palliative care register.

When will my Prescription be ready ?

Prescriptions will normally be ready for collection in one working day if the prescription is being picked up by you from the Surgery.

If your prescription is sent to a local pharmacy then that time will be dependant on when the pharmacy collects it from the Surgery.  Please contact the relevant pharmacy for an indication of the likely timescale
